Fansly jobs in 2026: chatter and creator pay, who hires
Fansly jobs are mostly agency jobs: an agency runs creators' pages and hires chatters to answer fans, creators to film for the pages, and a few managers and marketers. In the last 90 days Adult Job collected 1,163 vacancies that name Fansly, 563 of them still open. The typical Fansly chatter offer is a 20% commission on sales; below is what else agencies offer, how the platform pays out, and what to ask before the first shift.
Who hires for Fansly
Fansly doesn't hire chatters or models itself. The ads come from agencies and studios that manage creators' accounts, and most of them work on several platforms at once.
| Role | Ads in 90 days |
|---|---|
| Chatters — fan messages, paid media, tips | 674 |
| Creators and models — content for a page | 415 |
| Marketing — traffic, social media, VA | 47 |
| Managers and chat team leads | 27 |
One ad can be for more than one role. 794 of the ads also name OnlyFans and 32 name Fanvue; only 351 are about Fansly alone. In practice a "Fansly chatter job" is usually the same job as an OnlyFans chatter job: the same agency, the same chat tools, often the same creator on both sites.
Fansly chatter jobs: what they pay
739 of 1,163 ads name some pay. For chatters there are three ways to be paid, often combined:
- Commission on sales — the most common. 509 chatter ads give a percentage; the typical one is 20% of what you sell (paid messages, media, tips you bring in).
- Fixed monthly base — 72 ads; the typical base is $700 a month, usually with a smaller commission on top.
- Hourly rate — 63 ads; typically $2.50 an hour, common in agencies hiring in the Philippines and Latin America.
For the whole market, not just Fansly, see how much chatters earn. 513 Fansly ads hire without experience, 104 mention night shifts (US evenings are the busiest hours), and 137 promise weekly pay. If you are just starting, read how to become a chatter with no experience first.
Why Fansly still needs human chatters
In June 2025 Fansly changed its terms and, as 404 Media reported, banned chatbots and image generators that respond to users' prompts. An agency can use tools to sort messages and remember what a fan likes, but the conversation itself has to be written by a person. That's one reason the chatter remains the most common Fansly job in our ads.
Fansly jobs for creators
415 ads are for creators: an agency opens or takes over a Fansly page, and you film for it. The pay is a share of the page's sales; the typical offer in our ads is 25% (75 ads give a figure). The agency keeps the rest for chatting, promotion and running the page.
Before agreeing, ask two things in writing: whether your share is counted before or after the platform's own fee, and who owns the account. If the page is opened in the agency's name, the fans and the content stay with it when you leave.
How Fansly pays — and why it matters to you
Even if the agency pays you, its money comes from Fansly payouts, so their rules set the limits of what an agency can honestly promise. From the Fansly help center:
- Every sale is held for 7 days before it can be paid out. An agency promising "daily pay from day one" is paying from its own pocket, which is fine — or promising what it can't do.
- Requests are usually approved within 48 hours; bank payouts then take 1–3 business days, Paxum, Cosmopayment and crypto usually under a day.
- Minimum payouts depend on the method: $20 for Paxum and Cosmopayment, $50 for SEPA, $100 for an international wire, $50–100 for crypto (payout minimums).
So weekly pay for chatters is realistic on Fansly; a "first payout in a month, after the trial" is a choice, not a platform limit.
Account access: never give your password
Fansly has its own way to give a team access: Management Sessions. The creator creates a single-use link with the permissions they choose; payouts and closing the account are always off-limits to the manager, and access ends when the session is deleted.
For a chatter this means: you should get a management session (or access through the agency's chat tool), not the creator's login and password. For a creator: an agency that insists on your password instead of a session is asking for more than it needs. Fansly also says its support never asks for a session link, a 2FA code or a password — anyone who does is not Fansly.
Before you take a Fansly job
- Pay terms in writing: the percentage, of what (sales before or after the platform's fee), the base, the payday and the method.
- A test payout: check that the first one arrives when promised.
- Never pay to start. Training fees and "deposits" are the classic trap; in Fansly ads it's rare (3 in 90 days), which makes it easy to spot. More signs in chatter agency scams.
- Several platforms is normal. Most agencies sell the same content on OnlyFans and Fansly; ask which pages you will work on and whether the commission is the same.
