OnlyFans chatter job description: a template that gets replies
A good OnlyFans chatter job description states six things in plain words: the pay and what it is counted from, when and how you pay out, the shifts in a named time zone, the language level, the trial and whether it is paid, and what happens after it. A free template is below. It works because most of the competition doesn't do this: of 9,261 chatter adverts on Adult Job in the last 90 days, 35% give no pay figure at all, and only 1,920 name a payout schedule.

The last line does more work than it looks. A sample reply filters out mass applicants before you read a single CV. What to do with the answers is in our guide on how to hire OnlyFans chatters and keep them.
What to write about pay
This is the line chatters read first, and the one most adverts skip. Only 6,037 of 9,261 name a figure. Those that do set the range your advert is compared with:
- Commission: typically 20%; from 20% stands out.
- Monthly base, where there is one: from $800 typically, from $1,000 to stand out.
- Hourly base: from $2.50 typically, from $3.00 to stand out.
A percentage alone is not a full offer; say what it is counted from. OnlyFans keeps 20%, so if fans spend $1,000 on a shift, 10% of gross is $100 and 10% of net is $80. The same "10%" pays differently, and a chatter who finds that out on payday leaves.
2,844 adverts are commission only. If that is your model, say so openly and name the page's rough sales. And say what happens if a page is frozen, because the new OnlyFans terms make holds on earnings easier. For the whole market, see how much OnlyFans chatters earn.
Payouts, shifts and the trial
Three short lines separate you from the adverts that look like a trap.
Payouts. 1,920 adverts name when they pay, 1,127 name how. Weekly or twice-monthly is a selling point; a fixed date is better than "on time".
Shifts. "Flexible hours" tells a candidate nothing. Give the block of hours and the time zone. Chatters in the Philippines or Latin America need to work out what the shift means locally, and night hours matter: 864 adverts mention them.
The trial. 289 adverts mention a trial, 185 say it is paid and 63 that it isn't. Name the length and the rate. If you skip this, candidates assume the worst.
Phrases that make good chatters skip you
Chatters warn each other about certain wordings, and some of them read our list of chatter agency scams before applying. These read as warning signs:
- "Competitive pay" or "unlimited earnings" with no figure.
- "Top model" with nothing about the page.
- "Training fee", "deposit", "equipment payment". 67 adverts ask for money up front. Never do this, and say that you don't.
- "Trial week" with no word on pay.
- "Experience required" without saying what kind. If you take beginners, say so: 3,017 adverts do, and 2,043 offer training.
- Fines mentioned in passing. 96 adverts mention fines and 142 a quota or KPI. If you use them, list them; "fines may apply" sounds like a way to cut pay later.
Ask for skills, not for a type of person. "Fluent written English" is a requirement; a nationality or a gender isn't, and in many countries it can be unlawful in a job advert. Only 51 adverts mention a contract, so a line saying you sign one is an easy win.
Where to post it, and how to keep it clean
Keep the wording plain and work-focused. General boards are strict about this: Indeed's policy on adult industry jobs says it may remove or hide posts, and bars sexual or suggestive language even where the work is legal. It allows some technical roles like a video editor, but it doesn't list chatters, so don't count on it.
A sales job description doesn't need explicit wording anyway. "Sell paid content in chat" tells a chatter everything. On a niche board you can say what the work is without euphemisms: on Adult Job you can post a chatter vacancy free, and it appears among the chatter jobs and on the OnlyFans jobs page. Applicants already know the job, so you don't spend the first call explaining it. If you also need someone to lead the shift, a chat team lead advert follows the same template.

Questions
What should an OnlyFans chatter job description include?
The tasks and platforms, the pay and what it is counted from, the payout day and method, the shifts with a time zone, the language level, the tools, the trial and whether it is paid, and any targets or fines.
Should I put the pay in a chatter job ad?
Yes. 35% of chatter adverts on our site give no figure, so one with a clear percentage and base stands out, and experienced chatters tend to skip the rest.
Is a percentage enough, or do I need a base?
State both if you can. Typical commission is 20%; say whether it is counted from gross or net. A base, even a small one, helps beginners through the slow start.
Can I post OnlyFans chatter jobs on Indeed?
It is risky. Indeed's rules restrict adult industry jobs and it may remove or hide posts with sexual or suggestive language. A board made for the industry lets you describe the job plainly.

How we counted
All chatter vacancies on Adult Job from the last 90 days (9,261), open or since closed. Pay is the lower figure each advert states, fixed pay in US dollars; "typical" is the median, "to stand out" the upper quarter. Trials, fines, payouts and the rest are found by words in the text, so those figures are approximate. They are recounted every day.
