OnlyFans manager salary: what agencies pay in 2026
An OnlyFans manager is usually paid a monthly base, a share of revenue or both: over the last 90 days a typical advert on Adult Job offered a base from $700 a month or a 19% share. The percentage alone tells you little, though: 10% of a creator's earnings and 10% of an agency's cut can differ almost threefold on the same page. Below are the figures from real adverts, how to compare them, and how to build an offer if you are the one hiring.
OnlyFans manager salary in real vacancies
There are 103 model manager vacancies open now. What adverts of the last 90 days offered:
| Pay | Typical offer | Upper quarter |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly base | from $700 | from $800 |
| Share of revenue | 19% | 20% and up |
| Hourly | from $4.00 | — |
Read these as starting points. Each figure is the lowest one the advert states, and a base and a share often come together in one offer. Adverts rarely say how many pages the manager runs or how much those pages earn, and both matter more than the headline number. Global salary sites have little to add here: most of this work is contract work paid in dollars across borders, so the same job can pay very differently in Manila, Kyiv and Miami.
Where a manager sits on the pay ladder
The manager's offer only makes sense next to the roles around it. Typical offers in the same 90 days:
| Role | Open now | Monthly base | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chatter | 4,212 | from $750 | 20% |
| Chat team lead | 150 | from $700 | 10% |
| Model manager | 103 | from $700 | 19% |
| Traffic manager | 100 | from $500 | 17% |
| Agency manager | 49 | from $860 | 5% |
If a manager's share looks close to a chatter's, check what each is counted from. A chatter's commission is normally on their own sales; a manager's share covers the whole page. Chatter pay is broken down in how much OnlyFans chatters earn, and traffic work in OnlyFans traffic manager jobs.
What the percentage is counted from
This is the question that decides the real salary, so here is one worked example. It uses invented round numbers: fans spend $20,000 in a month, and the agency takes 35% of what the creator receives.
| "10%" counted from | Amount | Manager gets |
|---|---|---|
| What fans paid | $20,000 | $2,000 |
| Creator's earnings after OnlyFans' 20% | $16,000 | $1,600 |
| Agency's cut | $5,600 | $560 |
The same "10%" pays $560 or $2,000. OnlyFans keeps 20%, which the 2026 terms left as it was, and agencies set their own fee on top. SirenCY, for one, publishes a 35% fee and warns that the amount it applies to depends on the agreement. Desirely's overview of agency rates puts full management at 40–70% of net revenue. Both come from agencies, so treat them as an indication rather than a survey, but they show why a manager's share of the agency's cut is a far smaller number than it sounds.
How much to pay an OnlyFans manager
If you are hiring, work backwards from what the page can carry rather than from the market alone:
- Start with your margin. Take your monthly fee from the page, subtract chatters, traffic and tools, and see what is left. A share that leaves the agency nothing will be cut later, and cutting it is how you lose the manager.
- Set a base that covers the slow start. A new page earns little for months, and a manager on share alone leaves first. Use the base from the table above as a floor for your market.
- Pay the share on growth for new pages. If a page earns $10,000 for the creator today and $14,000 in three months, 10% of the $4,000 added is $400 a month for a result the manager actually produced.
- Say what happens with several pages. A share per page or a share of the group, and a limit on how many pages one person runs.
- Write it down with one example. "The page earns $X, you get $Y" removes most disputes before they start. Name the payout day and what counts as revenue, including refunds and chargebacks.
A manager's share should sit clearly above a chatter's, or your best chatters have no reason to move up. Duties, tests and where to look are in how to hire an OnlyFans manager.
How a manager can earn more
For people on the other side of the table, the same logic works in reverse:
- Ask what the share is counted from before you discuss the number. Then work out the amount yourself.
- Ask for the page's numbers, at least in rough terms. A share of a page with no sales is nothing, however high the percentage.
- Show results you can prove: a creator or agency who will confirm your work. Unverified screenshots of revenue carry little weight.
- Move up from chatting or traffic. Senior chatters who can read a page's numbers are a natural source of managers.
- Check the agency. Pay that shifts after the first month is the pattern described in chatter agency scams, and managers run into it too.

Questions
How much does an OnlyFans manager make?
In the last 90 days a typical advert offered a base from $700 a month or a 19% share of revenue. What it comes to depends on the pages and on what the share is counted from.
What percentage does an OnlyFans manager get?
The typical advert names 19%. Check the base: a share of what fans paid, of the creator's earnings or of the agency's cut gives very different amounts on the same page.
Is an OnlyFans manager paid monthly or by commission?
Both are common, and many offers combine them. A base covers the slow months on a new page, and the share rewards growth.
How much should I pay my first OnlyFans manager?
Start from what your page or agency can carry after chatters and traffic, offer a base near the market figure, and add a share on revenue growth. Put the calculation in writing with one example.
