The market right now

What models want to see
- The split: what share the model keeps, and of what.
- Payouts: how often and how.
- The setup: studio rooms, equipment, or online from home.
- Platforms: Stripchat, Chaturbate, LiveJasmin and others.
- Privacy: blocked countries, no face options, how data is kept.
- Support: training, an operator, a translator.
Models with a choice read the terms first — say them plainly and in numbers. The full guide — split, advert, checks, keeping models — is in how to recruit webcam models.
Questions
Can I hire models to work online from home?
Yes, many vacancies here are remote. Say what equipment the model needs and what you provide.
What can't I post?
Anything involving minors, escort or in-person sex work. Models must be 18+, and the studio is responsible for checking it.
How do I make my studio stand out?
Name the split and the payout schedule, show real conditions with photos in your company profile, and answer applications fast in the chat.
