Creative and conversion optimization specialist

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for creative, branding and conversion to help optimize creator funnels. The main responsibility is improving how well traffic converts across the full journey from paid ad to link lander to OnlyFans profile to subscribe to welcome message. This is not primarily a media buying role, and the focus is on creative direction and testing content for each creator.
