Chatting Team Manager

About the roleWe're hiring a full-time chatting team manager to lead a small team of 3 chatters working PH nights and days. You'll own scheduling, quality review, and KPI reporting while keeping the team aligned on daily targets.Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day scheduling and coverage for a 3-person chatting team across PH night and day shifts- Review chat quality and track individual and team KPIs against weekly targets- Maintain and share a KPI dashboard with leadership every week- Coach chatters on upsell techniques and fan retentionWhat we're looking for- Prior experience managing or leading a remote chatting or customer-support team- Fluent written English- Comfortable working PH timezone hours, including nights- Reliable on a 40-hour weekly scheduleSuccess looks like a team that hits its weekly revenue and retention targets with clear, consistent reporting.
