About the roleWe are an R&D company researching creators' real working conditions (workload, safety, harassment, burnout, payouts) and how AI tools could take the grind off creators and put more of the money where it belongs.We're looking for well-connected Creator Scouts to introduce experienced, high-earning creators to our short, free research survey.Why it's worth your network's time:• The industry runs on creators, but most tools are built for platforms. This research is about building tools for creators.• Every respondent gets the full anonymized results, so they can see how their safety, workload, and working conditions compare with creators worldwide• Qualified respondents may be invited to participate in paid follow-up research• The creators you introduce get a voice in tools built for them, and you get paid for every qualified introductionResponsibilities• Introduce active, high-earning creators from your network to the survey• Answer their basic questions about the research• Report which regions and platforms your network coversWhat we're looking for• Agency, management, or recruiting experience in the creator industry• A real network of active, high-earning creators• Strong written English; additional languages are a plus• Professional, respectful outreach with no pressure on creatorsA qualified creator:• Is 18+ and passes our ID verification• Is actively streaming or posting on a major cam or fan platform• Consistently earns $500+ USD/week (self-reported, checked against public rank or follower count)• Completes the survey herself, through your unique referral link• Isn't already in our pipeline• Confirms she was contacted respectfully and without pressureCreators take part voluntarily.Scouts never complete surveys on a creator's behalf or share her personal information without her consent.Compensation is performance-based: $50 per qualified creator who completes the survey and passes our quality check.There is a trial period of up to 10 creators.ID verification and a written agreement are required at the offer stage.To show you follow procedures, mention in your cover letter the platform where you find the best creators.Thanks!-Sean
