Hello! We are looking for someone to own the OnlyFans content pipeline for one creator. This means organizing footage, editing content, quickly handling revisions, and organizing final exports. Our business is structured by building small teams around single creators, matching each team member's aesthetic, taste, and vision with the creator's own aesthetic, content, and vision. We specifically are looking for someone who can do "invisible edits" - You likely would never consider the editing if you were a passive viewer - there are no fancy transitions, no fancy unnatural colors, the audio sounds like real life and is nothing noteworthy, the cuts... well the cuts don't seem to exist to a passive viewer. The closest examples to this style of editing would be David Dobrik or Casey Neistat (with slower pacing typically) ***Retention focused edits with popups, eye-catching captions, and aggressive cuts are exactly what we are trying to AVOID. We need someone who can reliably execute tasteful and precise edits that retain the feeling, personality, and aesthetic of the creator's original content, layered with the creative direction of the account manager's notes. For example -You will be delivered a content set that had the intention of loosely feeling like a "spying scenario", filmed on iPhone of the creator changing and catching the viewer looking. The account manager or creative director of the account will provide more guidance - they will provide a specific way they want the content to be edited. So in our 'spying scenario' example, they will provide a text document with detailed information about how they want to sell the content. A fictional example would be as follows:From the perspective of the creator:"My assistant and I are traveling on a work trip, we're in Spain together and on the first few days of the trip she had mentioned that her Boyfriend would also be traveling to Spain with his friends... then last night she approached me, a little nervously, and asked if her boyfriend could stay with us for a few nights. She promised he wouldn't interfere with work at all... I've met him before and he's quiet. So i agreed... Then this morning i was getting changed because all three of us were going to breakfast.. and i look over at my door, and see someone watching me... i didn't react and pretended not to see... then i glanced over again to take another look, and it was her boyfriend, filming me on his phone, and jacking off with his pants dropped around his ankles. He was always so shy and cute, and i guess i'm a bad boss, because i pretended not to see, and decided i would help him :) I took a break from changing to walk around naked a bit, cleaning up my room, bending over so he could see me naked... i could hear him breathing harder and harder until just before he finished, when i walked over to him and grabbed his phone, laughing as he finished in his hand... I made him airdrop me the video and deleted it off his phone... and told him to clean himself up and get ready for breakfast... and we never spoke about it again... butttt i got the finished video and wanted to show you guys" then we would explain - we need two versions - one more intense one less, the less intense one will be sold at $50, the more intense sold at $90. As the editor, your job will be to take this caption as a sort of creative brief, along with the pricing, and any other notes, and edit for this specific story. You will need to closely watch her facial expressions, listen closely for sounds, or anything else that would break the storyline, and also break the fans' focus on the creator. You'll need to remove anyone talking or distracting sounds from the background, ensure nobody else enters frame. The creator generally does implied nudity. Exposure limits will be specified for each version. Brief nipple exposure may be retained in the higher-tier edit only where the creator has explicitly approved it. Anything outside those agreed limits must be removed. Review each final export frame by frame, including at increased brightness and zoom, to ensure it stays within the approved boundaries.This editing position specifically is for a creator who has an extremely committed fanbase who try every attempt to change exposure, zoom in, etc on content to try and see more than we intended. Your job will be to ensure the edit is executed meticulously. Photo editing:You’ll also edit photo sets with that same invisible approach.When you aren’t editing OnlyFans content, you’ll work on simpler social media edits.Hours and pay:Full time, Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm PT, eight hours per day.Base pay is $1,400 USD per month.
