This is a place where strong performers grow into leadership roles. THE WORK You're the voice behind creator accounts on Fanvue. You build real conversations with fans, remember details, stay in character, and create the conditions where fans naturally want to spend. You're not reading from a script—you're adapting to each person, building rapport, and letting things progress at their pace. You'll work 8-hour shifts from home on your own schedule. You'll manage 5–7 accounts, switching between fans based on who's active. You'll screen share so the team can support you and offer real-time coaching. You'll take detailed notes so your teammates understand each fan's journey and can continue building the relationship. This is live, dynamic work. Every conversation is different. You're reading people, adapting, and building something that compounds over time. WHAT EXCELLENCE LOOKS LIKE You read the context. You know who you're messaging before you reply. You remember conversations from days or weeks ago and reference them naturally. You're the persona. You sound like the same person, shift after shift. Fans don't notice the transition between you and another chatter—they just experience continuity. You're a listener first. You ask questions that matter. You remember preferences, interests, stories. Fans feel heard because you actually listen. You respect the warm-up. You spend time building connection before monetisation ever enters the conversation. You understand that trust is worth more than one quick sale. You read energy and adjust. You know when to ease back and when to escalate. You match the fan's pace, not your sales targets. You're a strategist. You understand fan segmentation, timing, pricing from context. You know the difference between a $20 tip and a $200 custom—and why both matter. You document everything.
