We're looking for experienced OnlyFans chatters who want a long-term position where strong performance actually leads to higher pay. 💰 PAY Most agencies pay you a flat cut and keep the rest, however well you do. We don't. At XYZ, your commission goes up with your sales. The more you sell in a week, the higher your percentage for that week. There's no cap, you're paid every week, and you get hourly pay on top. Our top chatter's last 4 weeks: • Week 1: $1,361 • Week 2: $1,570 • Week 3: $1,473 • Week 4: $2,442 That's an average of $1,712 a week. These are real numbers from a real chatter. What you earn depends on your performance, your hours, and how well you build relationships with fans. 📈 HOW THE PAY WORKS • Trial — 6 days, paid: $2/hr + commission • Tier 2 — once hired: $3/hr + commission • Top Tier — commission only. This is where the numbers above come from. Your commission rate goes up as your weekly sales go up. We'll give you the full breakdown if you're selected. We promote based on evidence, not months served. If you sell like a Top Tier chatter, you'll be paid like one. 🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The whole test is balance. You need to know how to build a real connection, stay in character, handle objections, recognize buying signals, and sell without making every conversation feel like a pitch. Chatters who only build rapport don't move up, and neither do chatters who only know how to push PPVs. This is NOT an entry-level position. You must already have actual OnlyFans chatter experience. We do not train people from scratch or teach you the basics of OF chatting. We will train you on our model's persona, our SOPs, and how our team operates — but you are expected to already know how to do the job. 🔍 QUALITY CHECKING & COACHING A Quality Checker is with you every shift. They review your actual chats and give you feedback on what you're doing well and what needs improvement. This is coaching, not beginner training. You're expected to already understand the fundamentals and apply feedback quickly. Good work gets noticed quickly. Weak work does too. 💻 THE WORK You run fan conversations on the creator's page through Infloww. You read through the previous conversation before replying, understand what the fan actually wants, and know when to connect, sell, follow up, or back off. You log your sales and keep your fan notes updated. The chatters who do well here aren't just fast typists.
