I'm looking for agency for OF

I'm looking for an agency for my OF, it's small since I started recently but it has potential. I was with an agency but I see that they neglected him and are no longer mobilizing the account, I seek mutual agreement, something that benefits both sides, both the agency and me as a model. I look for the personal things the agency is in charge of chatter, advertising and everything related.
