In-House Marketing Team Leader

We are hiring one person to build and run an in-house marketing and acquisition team from the ground up.You will be trained on how we acquire clients and how the work is done. After that, the job is straightforward: recruit, train, and manage people in your local area, get a team of 10–15 running as fast as possible, and then keep scaling. The end state is an office with your team working from it, you running the operation day to day, and the team growing well past the first 10–15.This is not a seat where you wait to be told what to do. We teach the system. You build the team and own the result.Where this goesWe are not hiring for a fixed junior role. The path we are building toward is a lead who runs a large local team, on the order of 100 people, at roughly £10k a month once that scale is in place. Earlier stages sit below that. Around a 50-person team is in the region of £5k-plus. Starting pay is secondary to whether you can actually build the team. Compensation scales with the operation you run.You will have support from us the whole way. The expectation is that you end up running your own office and your own people, not sitting inside someone else’s team forever.What you will actually do• Learn our acquisition process properly, then apply it.• Find, hire, and onboard people from your surrounding area. Local network matters. This team works from an office we set up, not as a remote freelance pool.• Get 10–15 people productive quickly, then keep adding.• Manage output, standards, and reliability every day.• Flag problems early and fix them. This is not a role for someone who needs every step repeated or who goes quiet when it gets hard.You should already know people, or be willing and able to go and find them locally.
