Cold Outreach Specialist

About the roleWe're looking for a cold outreach specialist to bring new models into our talent management roster. You'll run outreach campaigns, qualify leads, and hand off signed models to our management team. This is a commission-only role: you earn 15% of the net profit generated by each model you bring in, after all costs.Responsibilities- Run daily cold outreach campaigns across social platforms and creator communities- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book intro calls with prospective models- Track every lead and conversion in a shared pipeline so your commission is calculated from a clear recordWhat we're looking for- Prior experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or creator recruitment- Strong written English and a persuasive, professional tone- Self-driven and comfortable being paid purely on resultsSuccess in this role means consistently bringing in models who stay active and generate revenue for the agency.
