We’re looking for determined, reliable OF chat managers wanting long term work. What we're looking for: • organised & takes initiative • happy chatting if chatters don't turn in for shifts (any commission earned is added to management pay) • a team player • strong internet & power connection • punctual & on time (it you know you're regularly late or ghost, please don't apply) • reliable & an all round nice person • C2+ level of English • happy coaching chatters via Discord (no voice required) • happy using Infloww • experience with trans+ models (preferable but not mandatory) • able to think on their feet • able to problem solve • patient and kind • comfortable forming relationships with chatters, models and senior management • happy completing chat reviews and providing feedback What we bring to the table: • hourly rate • comprehensive training & around the clock advice • weekly pay • we care about what you think and value feedback Please contact @kushla_02 on TG for more info.
