An established independent creator is looking for an experienced manager to build and manage their chatting team. The manager should recruit fluent English-speaking chatters, train and supervise the team, create schedules and manage shifts, develop sales strategies and improve PPV revenue, and provide daily reports. The creator does not have experience managing chatters and wants someone to take full responsibility for chat operations.
