Director, Payment Operations, Nicosia

The Director of Payment Operations will develop and execute the global payments strategy, overseeing processing, acquiring, payment methods, and geographic expansion. The role involves managing relationships with acquirers, processors, gateways, PSPs, and card networks, and optimizing multi-acquirer setups for redundancy and pricing. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure payments support customer experience and business growth.
