Lovehoney Group is looking for a Junior Customer Lifecycle Manager to plan, execute and optimise email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys. The role partners with CRM, Creative, Trading and Analytics teams to build customer engagement, retention and revenue, while supporting SMS as an emerging channel.
