About You You combine creative writing, visual judgment and commercial thinking. You can build a distinct creator persona, translate it into convincing copy and visuals, and give others clear instructions to bring it to life. You enjoy producing the work yourself, use AI to move faster and take responsibility for the final quality. You can also use performance feedback to decide what needs changing. You must be fully comfortable working with explicit adult content. Requirements Relevant experience in OnlyFans or creator management, adult content, dating apps or erotic copywriting, supported by work samples. Excellent written English and the ability to write natural, engaging copy in different creator voices. Strong visual judgment and an understanding of how imagery supports positioning and sales. Confidence using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and AI image tools. Ability to manage multiple creators, meet deadlines and work independently. Confidence in interpreting simple performance measures and turning findings into creative changes. Full comfort reviewing and developing explicit adult content. Experience with chat sales, PPV, conversion copy and different international fan markets is an advantage. Location and Schedule Fully remote, full time independent contractor position, with daily overlap with management. The exact overlap window will be agreed during the process. An immediate start is preferred. Opportunities and Benefits USD 2,000 monthly base. Up to USD 500 monthly bonus based on launch timeliness and quality. Ownership of creator branding from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. Collaboration with established sales, content and operations teams. Identity verification and references form part of the selection process. Responsibilities: Top 5 Objectives 1. Deliver complete creator brand packs on time, ready for the VA and sales teams to launch. 2. Build distinct, consistent personas across profiles, content and sales conversations. 3. Improve engagement and sales through stronger bios, welcome messages, captions and chat scripts. 4. Create clear content storylines and shoot briefs that support each creator’s positioning. 5. Use weekly performance reports to prioritise improvements and measure their impact. Responsibilities Define each new creator’s niche, persona, market positioning, visual direction and price level. Select profile pictures, banners and opening feed content. Write or refine bios, display names, welcome messages and pinned posts. Adapt master chat scripts to each creator’s voice, including conversation openers, PPV captions, games and upsell messages. Develop adult content storylines and practical shoot briefs. Review delivered content for quality and alignment with the brief. Maintain a simple brand guide for each creator so VAs and chat teams use a consistent voice. Review existing pages and scripts, identify weak or repetitive material and develop improvements with sales managers. Use the weekly reports supplied by the team to test changes and track results. Reporting preparation sits with the wider team. Use AI writing and image tools where useful, applying your own editing and judgment to every final output.
