OnlyFans jobs in the Philippines: chatter and VA pay in 2026
The Philippines is one of the biggest places agencies hire OnlyFans chatters and virtual assistants from. Fluent written English, a time zone that covers the American night and lower costs make Filipino chat teams common, and many adverts are written for them alone. Almost all of this work is remote, from home, in English, for agencies that run creators' pages.
We read the 1,447 vacancies posted on Adult Job in the last 90 days that name the Philippines or Filipinos (or Manila, Cebu, Davao). 487 of them are open now.

Which OnlyFans jobs agencies hire Filipinos for
Chatters are by far the largest group: 974 adverts. A chatter answers the private messages on a creator's page, keeps fans talking and sells paid content, writing in the creator's voice with the creator's consent. You never appear on camera. Adverts call it "chatter", "chat support", "chat agent" or "sexter"; the work is the same. What the job involves day to day is in how to become an OnlyFans chatter.
Virtual assistants, 313 adverts, do the rest of the page's routine: scheduling posts, replying to simple messages, tracking sales in a spreadsheet, finding and messaging collaborators. See assistant jobs and, in detail, what an OnlyFans virtual assistant does and earns.
Smaller groups are social media work (37 adverts: running Reddit, X or Instagram accounts that bring fans to the page, see social media jobs) and video editors (13, see video editor jobs).
How much OnlyFans chatters earn in the Philippines
50% of these adverts name pay. The common deal for Filipino teams differs from the rest of the market: a fixed base plus a small commission, rather than a commission alone.
- A fixed monthly base — 236 adverts. Half offer $500 a month or more; a quarter offer $800 or more, a quarter under $320. Check whether the figure is for full-time hours: 270 adverts say full-time, 40 part-time.
- An hourly rate — 304 adverts, typically from $2.00 an hour.
- A commission on sales — 372 adverts, typically 5%. In 255 adverts it comes on top of a base. Across all chatter adverts the typical commission is 20%, often with no base at all: compare in how much OnlyFans chatters earn.
Most adverts give pay in US dollars; 41 give it in pesos. On payouts, 27 adverts name GCash or Maya and 36 name Wise, Payoneer or PayPal. If the advert says nothing, ask for the payout day and the method before your first shift.
What agencies ask of Filipino chatters
- Fluent written English. 180 adverts ask for fluent, excellent or native-level English. Expect a writing test.
- Your own computer. 205 adverts mention a laptop or PC; a phone is rarely enough for chat tools.
- Stable internet, sometimes a backup. 217 adverts mention the connection, its speed or backup power for outages.
- US hours. Fans are mostly in the US, so many shifts fall in the Philippine night; 70 adverts say so outright (night shift, graveyard, EST/PST).
- No experience needed, often. 291 adverts hire without experience and 136 say they train.
322 adverts say they want Filipinos only, or people based in the Philippines. Others accept anyone with the right English, so it is worth reading the whole list of chatter jobs, not only the ones that name the country.
Red flags in OnlyFans job adverts for Filipinos
- You are asked to pay. 3 adverts mention a training fee or a deposit. A real agency does not charge you to start.
- Pay with no base and no figure. "Earn up to $2,000 a month" with no base, commission rate or hours named is a promise, not an offer.
- Your own photos or ID before any agreement. A chatter does not need your pictures; ID is normal only with a written contract.
- The trial shift that never ends. Ask in writing whether the trial is paid and how long it lasts.

Questions
Is OnlyFans chatting legal in the Philippines?
Chatting for an agency is remote work for a foreign company: you write messages, you do not produce or appear in content. Make sure the agency works with the creator's consent, and declare the income as any freelance income.
How much does an OnlyFans chatter earn in the Philippines?
Typically a base of $500 a month or more, often with a commission of about 5% of the sales you make. Hourly offers usually start from $2.00.
Do I need experience to become a chatter from the Philippines?
Usually not: 291 of these adverts hire without experience. Fluent English, a computer and stable internet matter more.
How are Filipino chatters paid?
In US dollars or pesos, weekly or every two weeks, most often by GCash, Wise, Payoneer or PayPal. Ask before you start if the advert does not say.

How we counted
All vacancies posted on Adult Job in the last 90 days (1,447), open or since closed, whose text names the Philippines, Filipinos, Manila, Cebu or Davao. Roles come from the vacancy's categories; pay from the figures in the advert; requirements and payout methods are found by words in the text, so those figures are approximate. They are counted again every day.
