OnlyFans Chatters – Multiple Openings

We are looking for motivated, reliable OnlyFans chatters to join our growing remote team. We work with multiple creators and are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively, engage subscribers, and help increase creator revenue through approved messaging and sales strategies. This is a remote position with opportunities for ongoing work, training, and growth within the agency. Previous chatting, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but motivated beginners are welcome to apply. Our agency provides chatters with access to an AI-assisted messaging tool that helps generate engaging replies and conversation ideas. If you ever get stuck or are unsure how to respond, you can copy and paste a conversation into the tool to receive suggestions. This gives you additional support while learning and working. Commission and Weekly Payments: This is a commission-based position. Chatters earn 10% of the eligible revenue they generate for the creators they work with. - Commission is calculated based on each chatter’s verified sales. - Chatters are required to log their earnings after every shift using the agency’s designated earnings tracker. - Earnings must be accurately reported and may be reviewed against available account records. - Commission payments are processed weekly based on verified sales. - Detailed tracking and payment procedures will be explained during onboarding. This position is commission-based, with earnings dependent on individual performance and sales generated. Responsibilities: Manage subscriber conversations on behalf of assigned creators. Follow each creator’s personality, tone, messaging guidelines, and boundaries. Maintain engaging, natural, and consistent conversations. Promote and sell creator-approved paid content and offers. Use sales and retention techniques to improve subscriber engagement and revenue. Use the agency’s AI-assisted reply tool when additional messaging support is needed. Review and personalize AI-generated suggestions before sending responses. Follow assigned shifts and maintain reliable availability. Keep accurate notes and provide clear shift handovers. Maintain confidentiality of creator information, subscriber data, and agency operations. Follow agency procedures and applicable platform rules.
