Remote Webcam Model – Long-Term Partnership

Sultra Studio is looking for reliable adult women (18+) who want to develop a long-term remote webcam modelling career. Experience in webcam work, livestreaming, video calls or content creation is preferred; committed beginners are welcome. We are looking for consistent partners, not candidates who intend to try only one or two streams. The role requires at least 25 hours of availability each week, a private streaming space, stable internet and a suitable smartphone, computer or webcam. You will receive personal onboarding, complete platform and profile setup, streaming and sales training, technical assistance, daily support and performance reviews. Additional subscription content can be developed within your own boundaries. You remain in control of what you do on camera. The model receives 65% of net platform receipts; Sultra Studio receives 35%. Net platform receipts means amounts released by the platform after its fees and documented refunds or chargebacks, before Sultra Studio operating costs. Cleared receipts are settled weekly with an itemised statement. No undisclosed deductions apply; optional third-party expenses require prior written approval. Earnings vary with activity and customer demand, so no income level is guaranteed. Any legally required minimum remuneration and other employment terms will be set out in writing before work begins. Our selection process is: application, short introduction video, video interview, technical check and a 14-day remote trial under the same 65/35 split. A longer-term offer depends on reliability, consistency and performance. All candidates must be at least 18 and complete official identity and platform verification before streaming. Responsibilities: • Commit to at least 25 hours per week and follow an agreed, reliable streaming schedule. • Stream professionally from a private and suitable workspace. • Maintain clear and dependable communication with the Sultra Studio team. • Complete platform verification and follow all applicable platform rules. • Participate in onboarding, training, technical checks and regular performance reviews. • Apply agreed feedback on streaming, communication and sales strategy. • Maintain a stable internet connection and suitable smartphone, computer or webcam equipment. • Collaborate on additional subscription-content monetisation only within your clearly defined personal boundaries. • Act professionally, consistently and with a genuine long-term mindset.
