On-Site Webcam Model in Germany – Flight and Accommodation Provided

Sultra Studio is inviting reliable adult women (18+) to apply for a long-term, on-site webcam modelling opportunity in the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main area of Germany. We invest in a professional streaming setup, close personal support and a stable working environment. This is online camera work only; there are no in-person meetings with viewers. The process starts remotely. After an application, short introduction video, video interview and technical check, selected candidates complete a 14-day paid remote trial. Only after a successful trial may Sultra Studio offer an on-site position in Germany. The exact location, duties, compensation, working arrangement and travel conditions are agreed in writing before any journey. An on-site offer is not automatic. For an agreed on-site placement, Sultra Studio pays for the flight, provides private accommodation and a professional streaming setup, and offers hands-on onboarding, technical support, streaming and sales training, daily guidance and performance reviews. We also plan optional team activities and meals; these are not part of cash compensation. The expected schedule is five workdays per week with around six streaming hours per workday, subject to the written agreement and applicable law. Pay includes a revenue-share component, with the exact split and any legally required base pay agreed in writing before work begins. We do not promise a fixed income. Flight and accommodation are not debts and are not deducted from earnings. We never retain passports or identity documents. Your personal boundaries remain yours at all times. A return journey is arranged under the written terms when the placement ends as agreed. This initial on-site opportunity is open only to EU, EEA or Swiss citizens, or applicants who already have the legal right to work in Germany. All candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid ID and complete official platform verification before streaming. Experience in webcam work, live video or creator work is preferred; dependable beginners may be considered. Responsibilities: • Complete the 14-day remote trial before any on-site offer is considered. • Stream professionally from Sultra Studio's on-site setup for around six hours on each of five workdays per week, as agreed in writing. • Communicate reliably with the team and attend onboarding, training and performance reviews. • Follow platform rules, identity-verification requirements and agreed operational procedures. • Help build a consistent audience and apply constructive streaming and sales feedback. • Work only within your own clearly stated personal boundaries; no viewer meetings are required. • Treat the provided accommodation, equipment and colleagues respectfully.
