Remote Recruiters

We are looking for motivated, reliable remote recruiters to help our growing OnlyFans management agency find and onboard new creators/models. Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential creators, reaching out to them, introducing them to our agency, and helping interested individuals move through the recruitment process. This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals who enjoy networking, communication, and building relationships. Previous recruiting or sales experience is helpful but not required. Recruiters will receive guidance, recruitment resources, and support from agency management. This position offers the opportunity to earn based on performance and the creators you successfully bring into the agency. Responsibilities: - Find potential creators/models interested in joining our agency. - Reach out to prospective creators through social media and approved platforms. - Introduce creators to the agency and explain our services. - Build relationships with potential creators and answer basic questions. - Follow up with interested creators and maintain communication. - Help qualified creators move through the onboarding process. - Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and recruitment progress. - Track creators successfully recruited and onboarded. - Communicate recruitment progress with agency management. - Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for creators. - Follow agency recruitment guidelines and applicable platform rules.
