OnlyFans Talent Managers

We are looking for motivated, organized, and reliable remote talent managers to join our growing OnlyFans management agency. Talent managers will work directly with assigned creators/models, helping manage their day-to-day needs, communication, content planning, and growth. The goal is to build strong relationships with creators, help them stay organized, and support the development of their accounts. This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals interested in communication, management, marketing, and business development. Previous management or sales experience is preferred but not required. Training, guidance, and agency resources will be provided. Successful talent managers will have the opportunity to grow alongside the agency as we expand. Responsibilities: - Manage relationships and communication with assigned creators/models. - Help creators organize content schedules and posting plans. - Coordinate with creators to ensure content is delivered consistently. - Monitor creator performance, account growth, and revenue. - Identify opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, and earnings. - Communicate content ideas, promotional strategies, and growth recommendations. - Coordinate with chatters assigned to each creator when necessary. - Address creator questions, concerns, and day-to-day needs. - Maintain accurate records of creator performance and communication. - Provide regular updates to agency management. - Maintain confidentiality of creator information and account data. - Follow agency procedures and applicable platform rules.
